Could short selling Palantir make sense at the current valuation?

I’ve been looking at Palantir lately and the valuation honestly seems kind of insane, especially after how much higher the stock has gone recently.
Obviously the company has been performing extremely well, growth is strong, margins are great, and they seem to be in a really good position with AI and government contracts. So I understand why people are bullish.
But at this valuation, how much more can realistically be priced in? Even if Palantir keeps performing really well as a company, is there a serious chance the stock still drops 30–50%+ just from the valuation coming back down to earth?
I’m curious what people here think. What’s the bull case for PLTR still being a good investment at these levels, and what’s the bear case for a major correction?
