No, your argument for suggesting that the AI bubble is real is weak and you shouldn't use it
There is a weak weak weak argument and is used to justify AI bubble: that the market can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent.
This is mostly an un-falsifiable argument and I keep seeing it abused.
Here's how it goes:
A: "There's a bubble because the valuations are crazy"
B: "But they are making the revenues"
A: "Sure but that doesn't mean it won't pop"
B: "Ok if you are so sure, why don't you short it?"
A: "ackhually the market can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent. Checkmate retard"
I also see other strange arguments.
Circular financing? They hardly account for much of the revenues - around 5% only. So why is this counted as a big deal?
Inference margins are great as well.
So what is the fundamental reason people are so convinced that the bubble HAS to be real?
EDIT: regarded comments here, why do people expect profits now? Isn't it more rational to reinvest?
