When a stock makes a new 52-week low, what signal tells you the bottom may be in?

I’ve been looking at stocks that are making new 52-week lows and trying to understand how traders distinguish between a stock that is simply still falling and one that may be starting to form a bottom.

I’m curious what signals you personally look for before considering an entry after a fresh 52-week low.
