Updates for Getting Payment on The Honest Company $27.5M Settlement

Hey guys, if you missed it, The Honest Company agreed to settle $27.5M with investors over claims that it misled them about product demand and financial risks around its 2021 IPO. And, I just found out that they’re considering late claims, subject to approval.

Quick recap: In 2021, Honest was accused of failing to disclose slowing demand, inventory risks, and problems with its new diaper line. After the company reported weak Q2 results, $HNST dropped 28% and investors filed a lawsuit.

Now, even though the deadline passed, they’re still considering late claims, subject to approval.
So, if you invested in $HNST at that time, you can still check the details and file your claim [here](https://11th.com/cases/honest-investor-settlement).

Anyway, has anyone here invested in $HNST back then? How much were your losses, if so?
