The Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act this week, so I'm curious what people think happens next.
Does this just mean more regulatory uncertainty, or can the SEC/CFTC still provide enough clarity through existing authority?
And for builders and users outside the US, does this even matter as much as people make it seem?
