UPDATE:
Closed out the calls expiring this week as soon as it was impossible to get 60 votes. Clawed back $2.5k. Still holding onto the Nov calls but I'm not sure what happens with them. Will look to sell during next rally. Overall losses: $4.4k. The lesson here is never trust your elected politicians to do anything besides name call, and also that $10k in tendies is still pretty good although nothing to brag about.

Play on the CLARITY Act cloture vote passing today at 11:15am PT (2:15pm ET). This vote requires 60 votes to pass so it's harder than the 51 needed for the simple majority. I'm treating this as a proxy for the actual vote on the bill since this is the biggest hurdle for the CLARITY Act to pass before midterm elections in November. Trump even said he'll stop making billions from the Russia oligarchs with his meme coin.
Normally the Republicans strong-arm the Dems whenever the opportunity arises but this time they actually conceded on over 100 different line items and put out a 640-page revision on Saturday. Still, nobody thinks this thing is gonna pass even though one of the sponsors of the bill is a democrat. The democratic party is also not unified. They are too busy taking AIPAC money and complaining about Hasan Piker.
