Hi, I'm Troy McClure, you may remember me from such Reddit forums as "Birds: Flock Cameras of the Sky" and "Life at 1 XRP at a Time."
I'm all in on NKE. I've always loved NKE as a company. This may be because I'm a University of Oregon grad, but they have always shown that they can pivot when the market dictates. They have a great contingent of creative talent for marketing strategies and shoe designers like Tinker Hatfield have made the logo a timeless fashion brand.
I think a lot of the ails involved with NKE are exclusively at the C-Suite level. Once there is some consistency in leadership, I believe this American institution can continue to outpace its competitors. The name itself conjures so much to the American sports landscape that you cannot ignore.
I understand about competitors like Uniqlo, On, and Hoka have come onto the scene, but NKE will always be the standard in athleisure.
I like the chart. I don't think the name has bottomed out yet. So it may be a falling knife, but I don't see it going lower than $25 per share.
