I recommend looking into ETON (Eton Pharmaceuticals).
I shared it multiple times on this sub the last few years but it still seems largely unnoticed.
They develop and sell rare drugs and the management has really impressed me with their execution. I opened a position in 2024 around $3.50 and have not added since (likely a mistake).
They just reported a massive quarter, smashing numbers and raising guidance. The forward P/S is around 9 as we speak with growth of 100% YoY. They shifted to profitability more than 1 year ago but are starting to print real money.
My base case valuation puts them at fair value around $50 which is the after hours price. It assumes a big deceleration to 40-50% growth then 15-20%. However they have been crushing it so badly that I see these numbers being beat again. They are also a prime target for a takeover but I don’t see shareholders and management selling easily.
I’m still not adding any shares but will be very tempted if we see a decent pullback or a market correction.
