My drug of choice was junk food. I went to 20 stone, tried everything- keto, etc but nothing ever worked. Then I tried Zepbound (aka Mounjaro), and I went down to 12 stone.

At present, Eli Lilly seems to be number one by a distance; retatutide is coming out in 2027, and it will basically be far superior to anything on the market.
