We are still now 47m market cap, but heres some positive updates since writing

\- $POCI hired Peter Thier as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing specifically to accelerate outreach across medical, defense, and aerospace.

\-Same day, they presented at the Lytham Partners summit and said growth is now shifting from infrastructure build-out to production scale.

\- Announced $1.3 million in follow-on production orders from a large U.S. defense contractor for highly complex optical assemblies.

\-Management said the program has the potential to remain in production for at least the next ten years and that they expect to negotiate a long-term manufacturing agreement with a structured order framework so production becomes more continuous instead of stop-start.

\- Posting multiple open manufacturing and engineering roles and expanding facilities in Massachusetts and Maine.
