Hey guys, I posted about this settlement before, but since they’re accepting [late claims](https://11th.com/cases/snap-investor-settlement), I decided to share it again with a little FAQ.

So here's all I know about this agreement:
Snap was accused of misleading investors about how Apple’s privacy changes would impact its business.

Now the company has agreed to settle $65 million with investors for their losses.

**Who can claim this settlement?**
If you purchased or acquired $SNAP in 2021, you may be eligible.

**Do I need to sell/lose my shares to get this settlement?**
You may be eligible if you purchased or acquired $SNAP during the class period.

**I missed the deadline. Is it too late?**
No, you may still be able to file a late claim, but acceptance depends on final approval by the court.

**How long does the payout process take?**
It typically takes 4 to 9 months after the claim deadline for payouts to be processed, depending on the court and settlement administration.

Hope this info helps
