SDOT ran from $15.50 to $19.90 while the company was issuing shares at $8
Stock Pulse mobile app flagged SDOT around 10:38 ET at $15.50. It reached $19.90 at 11:20, roughly 28% above the alert in 42 minutes. Three volatility halts hit during the day, including one shortly after the alert.
I couldn't find fresh positive operating news. Friday's 8-K says Sadot extinguished the remaining $543,478 of some matured debentures by issuing 67,936 shares at $8 each. Including two similar exchanges earlier in the week, that comes to 134,813 new shares.
The same filing says the conversion price on a separate $4 million convertible note had reset to $8. It also references an equity purchase facility that permits up to $100 million in stock sales, subject to its conditions.

The move after the alert was tradeable, but the underlying story looks more like low-float mechanics plus debt conversion than a fundamental revaluation. Am I missing an actual bullish catalyst?
