What do you guys think of the new NYSE American (aka AMEX) rule to hard floor the stock price at 25 with no cure period?

Pretty much the title. Basically, on Friday, August 14th, AMEX finally got their proposition approved to delist any stock that drops below 25 cents at the normal market close. If the stock drops below 25 cents, it gets delisted immediately, no warnings, no cure period. This new change in listing requirements will take in place at 1st of July 2027, instead of planned 1st of October 2026.
Im curious, because there is almost no coverage on this and haven't seen people talk about it
