Hey guys, if you missed it, VEON settled $19.97M with investors over claims involving improper payments tied to its telecom business in Uzbekistan. I also just found out that **late claims are being considered.** 

Quick recap: VEON was accused of not fully disclosing the legal and regulatory risks connected to its Uzbekistan operations. After investigations were disclosed, investors said the stock fell and filed a lawsuit.

Now, VEON has agreed to settle $19.97M with investors.
