CleanTech put out a financing news release this afternoon. They’re doing a non-brokered private placement for up to $1 million at $0.10 per unit.
Each unit is one share plus a three-year warrant at $0.15. Insiders are expected to take about 1.5 million units.
They also confirmed they closed the previous smaller raise from earlier this summer at around $433k.
