MXO (Motio Limited, ASX) — tiny micro-cap just delivered its first real profit

FY26 numbers (year to 30 June, released 14 Aug):

* Cash EBITDA **+31% YoY** to $2.53m → **27.5% margin**
* Gross margin hit **80.7%**
* NPAT **+\~1,800% YoY** to $2.2m
* PBT $1.62m — a $1.7m swing from last year’s loss
* Like-for-like revenue +8%. May and June both all-time record months. **Best Q4 ever. Current growth in FY27 looks to continue on strong momentum.**
* **Completely debt-free. Balance sheet clean.**

They deliberately slowed pure top-line growth to lock in profitability and margins first. That phase is done.

Still only \~$15–16m market cap for a now-profitable, debt-free business with skin-in-the-game management. Market hasn’t fully woken up yet. Watching FY27 for confirmation. What are your thoughts?
