I’ve been looking deeper into American EcoFuels (AEFI), and there’s an interesting connection I don’t think a lot of people have noticed yet.
Richard Hawkins is the CEO of **both AEFI and AMFN (American Fusion).**
And the overlap goes further than just Hawkins.
Both companies are tied into the Kepler technology ecosystem and have some overlapping leadership. AMFN is focused on fusion energy, while AEFI is focused on gas-to-liquids technology and Sustainable Aviation Fuel.
What’s interesting to me is where the two companies currently sit.
AMFN has undergone a major corporate transformation, changed from RNWF to AMFN, reduced its share structure, became SEC reporting and just moved onto the OTCQB.
Meanwhile, AEFI recently transformed from ECOX into American EcoFuels and appears to be following its own corporate/regulatory roadmap while working toward commercialization of its fuel technology.
I’m **not saying AEFI is going to become the next AMFN**, and I’m definitely not telling anyone to buy it. It’s an OTC stock and the risks are obvious.
But when the same CEO and overlapping people are involved in two emerging energy companies, and one has already made significant progress in the public markets, I think the other is at least worth researching.
I’m curious what everyone else sees here.
**Bull case? Bear case? Red flags? Something I’m missing?**
Would especially like to hear from anyone who’s done serious DD on Hawkins, Kepler, AMFN or AEFI.
Transparency: I have shares of both.
