When do you decide it’s time to sell a stock and take profits?

I’m looking for advice on how to determine when a company is no longer worth holding.

I mainly use these fundamental metrics to evaluate my stocks:
Revenue Growth (5Y)
Revenue Growth (1Y, TTM)
Earnings Growth (1Y, TTM)
ROE
Debt to Equity
Free Cash Flow (TTM)
PEG (5Y Expected Mean)

What I’m looking for is a way to identify when a company is **stagnating, barely generating profits, becoming less profitable, or simply no longer growing enough** to justify keeping my money invested.

Which of these metrics would you focus on, and what changes in them would make you consider it time to sell and reinvest the capital into a more profitable/growing company?
