I want to sincerely apologize for my previous post accusing **NeoxEX (Neoxa.exchange)** of being a scam.
After looking into what happened, I realized that **I had accidentally sent my BTC to the wrong address (Saved in my Bybit, instead of Neoxa)**. The issue was entirely on my end, it was not a problem with the exchange.
Thankfully, the funds have now been returned to me. 🙏
I won't be sharing the transaction ID because it would expose information about my wallet balance, but I wanted to make this correction publicly so that nobody is misled by my original post.
I feel pretty stupid about the whole situation, especially because I jumped to the conclusion that the exchange had taken my funds when the actual mistake was mine. 😔

Please consider this post a correction to my original post. **The missing BTC was caused by my own mistake, not by NeoxEX.**
