My mood is absolutely terrible because of the massive drawdown in my account.

I have an aggressive trading style and like to use leverage on any stock; this approach allowed me to make a significant profit during the semiconductor sector's rally in April and May.

However, once July arrived, my account lost half its value, and I felt absolutely terrible about it.

I started having trouble sleeping and even began arguing with my girlfriend over trivial matters; I found it unbearable to face the reality of such massive losses.

So, I’d like to ask you all: if you were to encounter a situation like this, how would you adjust your mindset?
