VisionWave released an update this morning on their pending acquisition of a 51% stake in C.M. Composite Materials, an Israeli company that makes structural composite parts for defense platforms.
The deal still hasn’t closed. They’re targeting September, but it’s tied to some other conditions, including joint venture agreements with Belrise. If those don’t get done, VisionWave can walk away.
Consideration is 250,000 VisionWave shares, which they valued at $2.5 million.
