Which direction to start from?

Hi guys and sorry in advance for the stupid question ahead. Absolute newbie here wanting to learn swing trading but has a lot more things to learn before even starting. I started looking into trading last year as a supplement to my income but everything was about day trading so I dropped the idea because I work in healthcare so that means unsocial hours switching constantly between working during the day and night. It's impossible for me to day trade.

Then I came across swing trading last month and I think this is the type of trading that will suit my working hours. I started lurking here and started reading the resources on the wiki but as you can expect, information overload is drowning me. So I guess I'm asking what probably a lot of people asked, where do I start?

For context, I have no knowledge whatsoever about trading or stocks BUT I'm willing to learn I just need to know where to actually start. I read threads here asking the same question as me but they seem to already have some knowledge about stocks and not as noob as me so it's hard to relate. Can anyone point me to a book, YT channel, etc. that would teach me the absolute basics of the stock market? Literally something for zero knowledge level and starts with "What is a stock?".
