Do swing strategies work across different country stocks, provided all other conditions are the same?

For reference I only trade local big cap stocks, >€10, trading volume >100,000, no options of any sort, and have slowly been refining my strategy over 2 years and seeing some light and comfortable-ness. In 2 years I've been able to grow my account 50% and hope this trend continues.

But I'm also contemplating moving countries due to better work opportunities and wonder if my strategy would stay somewhat similar in another country? Of course not factoring individual behaviour of a stock as each have its own characteristics. In essence, I don't want to spend another 2-3 years getting familiar with another market and would rather apply my learnings.
