That is a more general question about stock investing. How do you handle volatility emotionally and philosophically? Do you let it get to you? Does it influence your actions? Your general mood? Now that my portfolio has grown to a size where it might go up or down in a day by an amount that was around a month's salary for much of my life, a new source of anxiety has opened up. I think maybe I shouldn't check my accounts so regularly. What do you do, if anything, to keep your emotions in check? Is, as the crypto bros call it, FUD, inevitable?
