I am going all in on GPRO, but with sold october calls. The premiums for options on GPRO are too high and I'm very tired of pretending they're not. It is time to settle down to an intelligent trade that will for sure make a heap of money from the people buying long calls in GPRO.
My thinking:
GPRO minimum price will be 1.25-1.4 unless the merger breaks or the robotics AI market somehow ceases to exist (extremely unlikely), therefore max loss is capped at around $50 plus fees.
If above the strike of $1.5, gains are capped at a quite reasonable $390 for my upfront 3k investment.
