CYCU's reverse split effective date was Friday, Aug 28. The approximate $.47 closing share price the day before mechanically (at 1:8) converted to a post reverse-split share price at \~$3.76.

Keep in mind, immediately post reverse split:

* **CYCU** had outstanding shares 3.23M
* **Float 2.43M** (as calc'ed by AI from the Q2 2026 10-Q)
* **DFNS** (best I could find) had **\~.76M** outstanding shares

**I am in agreement with the CEO that it is VERY undervalued right now** and next year will be transformative starting in Q1. Cybersecurity is clearly a growing space, whether gas prices are high or inflation is increasing or whatever. Threats are getting more advanced and are ever-increasing.
