(LABT) is has a presentation next week and was sitting around 7+ a few weeks back..now there are zero shares available on IBKR, also with 700% Cost to borrow and 10% short interest.
This is a known runner and seems like it could surge towards 3+ as shorts start to cover and news comes in to bring more volume.
