$SWRD This morning Stewards filed a Form 8-A12B registering its common stock under Section 12(b) for The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC.
This is the actual exchange-registration filing associated with moving the common stock onto Nasdaq, not another statement that they intend to uplist.
It comes immediately after Friday’s two 8-Ks covering the $1.5M bridge financing and the amendment extending the company’s $100M credit facility through November 15.
Obviously, an 8-A by itself does not tell us the exact first day of Nasdaq trading, but this is a major final procedural step in the uplisting process.
After months of waiting, SWRD appears to be at the finish line.
