Arbe robotics? New deal signed with Hirain Technologies for automated driving tech, under $1

Arbe has solid tech and now has deals with nvda and a brand new one with Hirain that caused it to gap up today. Wonderful investment IF it can reach one dollar by the October 16th deadline to not be removed. Great company bad financials. What do you all think
