For swing holds I stopped relying on a browser tab full of half-finished notes.
What helped:
- A local past-fills journal / calendar (day P/L, win rate, long vs short, hold time)
- Confirmation levels on a 5-minute desk so I am not guessing mid-bar
- Unusual options + a contract ticket when I actually want to size something
