I have really enjoyed watching Redditors crash out on the AI Boom the last two to three years and this most recent reversal has been just as satisfying.
But, I do recognize that all good things must come to an end. My question to the community is what do you think the catalyst will be for the pop and when will we see it? Right now I would say there is simply too much bearish overhang for a crash, so many people are positioned for a AI bubble burst that it can't possibly occur. bears just keep fueling the market with aggressive short leverage that keeps getting cooked resulting in a higher market.
In my opinion, it will end when the tone shifts, where even the disbelievers begin to accept that AI is the future and cannot be stopped. To me that is the logical time that the bubble will burst, but I'm having a hard time figuring out what could possibly happen that would sway all the bearish folks.
