What it is

A claw machine you play in your browser. You drop the claw, you grab a plushie, and the plushie pays out in real SOL. That's the whole product. No token, no presale, no roadmap, nothing to buy.

How the prizes work

Each plushie has a multiplier on your bet:

Bear — 1x

Cat — 2x

Bunny — 6x

Frog — 24x

Star — JACKPOT

At the 0.01 bet, the Frog pays 0.24 SOL. The jackpot grows with every play in the room and nobody has hit the star yet.

Free plays, no deposit needed

Balloons float up while you play. Pop one and you get a free grab at real SOL. You can win here without depositing anything — that's not a promo, it's how the game runs.

On fairness

Every result comes from a seed whose hash I publish before you play. I can't change the outcome after the fact, and you can check it afterwards. Theoretical RTP is 87%, which I state on the site — in the long run the house wins, and I'd rather say that than pretend otherwise.

On the money

I funded the prize pool with 3 SOL of my own before anyone played. Custody is split hot/cold with limits, and withdrawals land in your wallet in seconds with no minimum.

Why no token

Because a claw machine doesn't need one. Adding a token would just be a second thing to sell you. The game either works or it doesn't.

The honest state of it

This is v1, launched days ago. Barely anyone has played it yet. It works, it pays, and I'm building in public — more games coming, starting with a duck pond.
