I believe I may have been scammed by a crypto promotion company with around 36,000 followers on X and approximately 81,000 subscribers on Telegram.
This company contacted me regarding a promotional campaign for my crypto project. They offered me a discounted promotional package and requested payment in advance. I sent the agreed payment, and they confirmed that they had received it.
However, after receiving the payment, the situation changed significantly. Communication became extremely slow, and despite the promises that were made regarding the promotional campaign, the agreed promotional content has still not been published. My project’s presale is also approaching, which makes the delay even more serious for me.
I have screenshots of the conversations, payment information, transaction details, and other evidence that clearly documents what happened. I am willing to provide this evidence if necessary.
What concerns me even more is that I have found previous allegations from other users describing similar experiences with this company, including claims of receiving little or none of the promotional services after making payment. I cannot independently verify every previous allegation, but the similarities are concerning.
Please be extremely careful when dealing with this company or sending them money for promotional services. I strongly recommend doing your own research and making sure you fully understand who you are dealing with before making any payment.
For now, I am deliberately withholding the company’s name because I want to give them one final opportunity to respond and resolve this situation properly.
If they continue to remain unresponsive for the next 10 hours, I will publicly reveal the company’s name and share the evidence documenting my experience.
I am not posting this simply to attack anyone. I am posting because I believe other crypto projects and users should be aware of what happened to me and have the opportunity to make an informed decision before dealing with this company.
If anyone has dealt with this company before, I would really appreciate it if you could share your experience in the comments. If necessary, I can also provide supporting evidence regarding my own case.
