Math Mismatch: A VC dropped $10M, but the Market Cap is still ~$2M. Why I went all-in on Tx24 ($TXT)
Full disclosure upfront: I am a moderator for the Tx24 community. Why? Because after digging into the docs, I decided to stop just trading it and start helping build this. I’m putting my time where my money is.
If you are looking for a meme coin, scroll past. If you are looking for a market inefficiency where the VC investment is 5x higher than the current public valuation, keep reading.
They are setting up a exchange with Lithuania+Dubai licenses, currently are closing the financial round before launching it.
Nimbus Capital officially announced a $10 Million USD strategic investment in Tx24.
* The Investment: $10,000,000.
* The Current Mcap: \~$2,000,000 (Trading on BingX/MEXC).
So, why is it so cheap? Here is the ugly truth that is actually an opportunity: The main platform isn't even fully open yet. If you check their socials, the website is currently being overhauled for the official rollout. We are literally sitting in the funding rounds phase.
* Most people see a "site under maintenance" and leave.
* I see it and realize: "Retail isn't here yet**."** You are getting in during the infrastructure build-out, before the shiny UI brings in the masses.
Why did a VC drop $10M if the site isn't ready? They buy the backend technology and legal framework, not just the frontend HTML:
1. 300,000 TPS Engine: Binance does under \~1,000 TPS. Tx24’s engine does 300k TPS. It’s built for HFT institutions to trade without crashing.
2. EU VASP License: Unlike 99% of projects here, this is not an anon dev team. They hold an active VASP License in Lithuania (TXNET UAB). This regulatory safety is why they can sign deals with institutional partners like Swiss Bankers.
3. Zero-Fee Subscription: Whales pay a flat monthly fee for 0% commissions. This saves institutional clients \~90% a year.
4. The Dividend (Real Yield): The Nimbus announcement explicitly confirms the "evolution into a security-backed token model". This validates the 1% profit share for holders of $TXT Token.
We are in a tiny window where the VC check is signed ($10M), but the "mass marketing" and the official web launch haven't happened yet.
It is extremely early (and high risk/high reward as always), but the math of $2M Mcap vs $10M Cash Injection + EU License is the best asymmetric bet I’ve seen this cycle.
