I've been looking at this european smallcap that essentialy is a REIT for offshore windmill farms. They earn money by lending these parks to energy companies while getting a rent and a % of the profits generated by the electricity. They seem to have had a rought few years, but they're forecasted to grow big during 27 onwards.
Forward PE currently sitting at less than 8x . I was wondering, why is this so cheap compared to other similar companies? Is it a good price to buy?
