**Reg SHO:** still on the Nasdaq threshold list. FTD’s start to tumble and we’re off to the races

**Float:** 2,189,469 shares outstanding. On a count that small you don’t need much volume for it to gap hard!!

**The court order:** the Haifa interim order still blocks the $3.3M placement and any change to the capital structure. The dilution valve is shut.

The company itself is still a dollar-store Apple Watch and that was never the point. This squeezes on fundamentals alone. Just like Chicken Feet Stonk.
