VisionWave put out news yesterday that they signed a term sheet to acquire a controlling interest in D-Fence, an Israeli company focused on AI-powered perimeter security and electronic fencing systems.
The plan is to take at least 51% in an all-stock deal. The 51% is valued around $5 million, and the rest at a higher number if they decide to buy the rest.
They still need a definitive agreement, due diligence, shareholder approval and such, but it’s another move to expand their defense and security side beyond the drone and sensing tech they’ve already been building.
Its been pretty exciting watching them grow and continue to make moves forward!
