Anyone looking at OPRA?

I’ve been looking at Opera (OPRA) recently as a potential valueplay and wanted to see if anyone on this sub has looked into them.

The value I am seeing:

 **Valuation & Multiples:** Trades at \~14x forward P/E (\~13.5x EV/EBITDA) despite growing top-line revenue by 20%+ YoY.

**Free Cash Flow & Margins:** High-margin model with adjusted EBITDA margins, generating good fcf.

**Balance Sheet Health:** Almost no debt holding \~$140M+ in cash and short-term investments.

**Capital Return:** Pays a recurring \~4% dividend yield alongside an active share buyback program.

**Monetization Engine:** Transitioning from broad user count growth toward high-ARPU Western markets + specialized products like Opera GX (gaming). ARPU is up \~25% YoY to $2.43.

I did find that there is some regulatory risk with major shareholder Kunlun Tech Co. however from what i can see the company is promoting their growth. Perhaps this is what is being priced in?
