13F Institutional Sector Holdings Rotation are coming in, so far Tech is dominating the market again.

There's about two more weeks before all the filings are in and completed but at the current rate it looks like tech is set to dominate again. Currently at 32% of market share but that's likely to change, though if it doesn't go down it will be significantly bigger than institutional holdings last quarter.
