$ENCC clean shell held by Belisarian holdings LLC, according to the last fillings (early July) a target has been found. I copy pasted what I found at the bottom of the quarterly:
As of June 30, 2026,
Belisarian Holdings and the Company agreed to rescind the single issued and outstanding Preferred B share on April 15, 2026.
NOTE 5 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
The Company evaluated subsequent events through the date these unaudited consolidated financial statements were issued for events or transactions
that occurred after March 31, 2026.
Belisarian Holdings, LLC informed management that it had signed a share purchase agreement and expects to execute the closing of said agreement shortly.
The share price is hovering around 0.02 currently, it topped 0.05 when the Custo got discharged. Share structure is 108m float and 149M OS. Looking at the chart, I believe a 3x bagger from here is highly reasonable/conservative.
Belisarian has been quiet on X, perhaps maybe because of a NDA, we should see new management popping up on OTC markets or the new entity tweeting something anytime soon.
