New development: Micron and Sandisk subreddits are heavily deleting new posts ever since Friday. Is this a bearish sign?
The mods of Sandisk and Micron are now deleting new posts very frequently. All bearish posts are being deleted in mass. New posts can hardly get through. What were once buzzing subreddits with many frequent threads, have now turned into complete ghost towns
The noticeable change started happening ever since Friday
I think ever since big earnings came out, and german boul got liquidated and his shares bought by Citadel, the narrative is starting to shift. Maybe the memory hype train was a bad idea
It seems that no longer people are making bullish posts in these subreddits, and all bearish posts are being banned and deleted
What's the end result? A subreddit that has turned into a ghost town. Zero activity. Zero chatter.
I think the way this will end is that these memory stocks will continue to drop downward to 50-70% from their all time highs. At that point, no one will be talking about these stocks anymore
It'll be like a slow fade out
Moderators will continue to delete and ban posts. And after a few weeks or months of prices being crashed and staying that way, people will just silently move on
What are your thoughts on this?
