**The Good:**
* **Valuation:** Low P/E ratio.
* **Growth:** Solid \~10% growth engine still running.
**The Bad:**
* **No Captain:** Still no proper CEO leading the ship.
* **No Co-Pilot:** Total lack of a strong second-in-command/COO.
It’s honestly a joke how long they are taking to find a CEO. It just shows a complete inability to act fast and a severe case of analysis paralysis. Makes you seriously question how dysfunctional things are internally.
I remember watching an interview with their former co-leader (the arrogant COO) back in the day and it was pure MBA buzzword soup: all talk, zero real substance. You can still watch that on YouTube. I brushed it off at the time, but looking at their current CEO pipeline, it’s more of the same. Zero vision, just corporate talkers. And the people who are real designers of products are sidelined. This is nothing but nonsense.
