First Day on Vacation and got my Crypto com Credit Card and Account deactivated and support isn't answering

So the Titel says it all really, how can I reach support, I left germany with the car omw to spain and now in france, I installed the app on my new phone and new number and boom account and card deactivated. Support isn't answering and still waiting on Mods to approve the post on Cryptocom subreddit... how long does support normally take to answer ?! Google says they'll confirm ID so my passport and ID are ready. Is there some kind of emergency number ? Can someone here please help me ? I'm freaking out tbh first time something like this ever happened to me and no one is there to answer my concerns
