Total Gains Since getting Fired-3.3k Ending the week with a 1k gain from 0DTE spy put today 3$ OTM today and $500 gain from 0dte calls after telling myself I need to lock in and hearing a lot of the other comments, everything is really clicking now. Personally I think trading 90% of it anyway falls on the own traders ability to process their emotions intelligently and not so as normal human emotion would and that’s why so many fail due to greed or bad losses ect. Anyone can throw money at the market and especially with options you got a good chance of randomly making a lot but doing that consistently telling yourself to sell and take an L when your down 25% instead of waiting for it to bounce and loosing more. I’m only 20 I don’t know anything when it comes down to it but I’ve learned that you need to be complete in tune with your own emotions not stuck in your head. Don’t worry about gains focus on losses and gains will come naturally keep trades small especially starting out maybe 1/8 of your portfolio for options and scale as you gain.
