Can anyone explain to me what it’s like to trade SPX after hours? What chart do you look at? How do you track it at night?

Want to maybe possible \~eventually\~ look into it. But last night I was looking at ES chart on TradingView and put some calls/put in my watchlist, and how profit moved to the ES chart pricing wasn’t matching up.
