Am I reading this wrong for PRQR?

I rarely see any posts on this one. It feels like it had been deeply oversold a month ago, I'm in but I'm wondering if I'm missing something?

Quick AI summary of what they do :

"ProQR Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotech developing Axiomer™, a proprietary RNA base-editing platform. Their lead product, AX-0810, aims to treat cholestatic liver diseases by editing NTCP RNA to modulate protein function. "

as for the strong catalysts:

- AX-0810 Data: Target engagement readout in healthy volunteers expected in June.

- Annual General Meeting (AGM): June 2, 2026.

- Financial Health:
Dilution Status: AGM Item 7 proposes increasing authorized capital to 270 million shares.
Cash on Hand: $104.56M (as of latest quarterly report), sufficient through mid-2027.

- Institutional/Insider: Dr. Lykke Hinsch Gylvin (former CMO, Boehringer Ingelheim) nominated to Board on April 30, 2026.

- Institutional target average is $7.25.

So... I feel like it's kind of a binary play. If the data in June are strong, this could get really good, if not, it crashes.
But at the same they hired a big profile (Lykke Hinsch) 2 weeks ago, so I doubt she'd join if she had any negative insight on it?

In the upcoming General meeting, they are planning to increase the authorized share capital, so yeah, it's a dilution, but at the same time, they already have cash to operate till mid 27, and they are also asking authorization to buy back shares. So I'm not sure it's bearish at all?

I'm kinda new in the market, and even more in biotech tbh, any thoughts on the potential?
