$RDAC trading at $8 - Redemptions at $10.63 possible. IBKR has already opened the corporate action for the May 28, 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting

$RDAC is a low float SPAC which I have mentioned previous times before (see my other posts - I hoped you banked on recent moves).

Interactive Brokers opened up this morning the redemption option of approximately $10.63 per share for tendered and accepted shares.

Interesting part:

* Corporate Action already live in IBKR
* Redemption deadline shown as May 26, 2026
* Approx. redemption value displayed: $10.63/share
* Stock still trading significantly below that level (ca. $8)
* liquidity is extremely thin

Still a very interesting SPAC/event-driven setup in my opinion.
