CleanTech Vanadium - Fluorspar mine permit target: submit by end of 2026, decision expected H1 2027

CleanTech Vanadium just outlined the permitting timeline for its Campbell-Crotser fluorspar project in Kentucky’s Illinois-Kentucky Fluorspar District.

They’re aiming to submit the main mine + processing plant permits by the end of November 2026. State approval is expected in the first half of 2027.

They’re also talking offtake deals and expect the first binding agreement by November 2026, with potential first product deliveries in 2028.

Acid-spar is critical for semiconductors, batteries, and nuclear fuel, and the Defense Logistics Agency has been looking to stockpile it.
