VisionWave (Nasdaq: VWAV) put out news today that their leadership team was in Israel doing integration meetings with Meteor Aerospace.
This is for the 51% acquisition deal they announced back in June. They’re reviewing the Meteor’s deal, drones, ground vehicles, electronic warfare systems, etc, and starting to plan how everything would fit together if the deal closes.
The CEO said seeing the tech in person made them more confident about the opportunity.
They still have to clear a bunch of conditions though, so nothing is locked in yet.
