$VPRB signs $11M patent licensing deal with JUUL — days after $14.9M R.J. Reynolds deal

VPR Brands ($VPRB) just filed an 8-K announcing an **$11 million License and Release Agreement with JUUL Labs** involving its ‘622 vaping patent and other patent claims.
This comes right after VPRB announced a separate **$14.9 million settlement/license agreement with R.J. Reynolds Vapor**.
That’s now **$25.9 million in disclosed deal value from two major players in the vaping industry** in a matter of days.
The JUUL deal includes a non-exclusive, worldwide license, with the $11M payable on an installment schedule. To me, the bigger story is that VPRB has now reached significant agreements involving the same core patent with both **R.J. Reynolds and JUUL**.
Definitely one I’m watching to see if additional companies follow.
